All Stock products have a 30 Day return policy
A 15% restocking Fee will be applied to all returns.
Restocking Fee will be waved with a new purchase of equal or greater value or in store credit.
Cables that are not in new condition are not returnable except for warranty replacement.
Items must be in their original packaging.
All cables have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
Electronic items will have a specified warranty period.
We are not responsible for any damage to your equipment, premise or well being for any misuse of our cables or products for which they were designed to be used.
We are not responsible if any of our cables don't meet specific building codes in area.
Please check the building codes in your area before ordering cables.
We are not responsible for damage to cables during installation or incorrect installation of cables.
Returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.
